Mr. Misilamani Ramasamy, or Masi Ramasamy, is an HRD Corp certified trainer with a Bachelor's in Economics and an MBA. He has held senior roles at PETRONAS, UTM (KL), and Open University Malaysia. A part-time lecturer and freelance consultant since 2000, Masi has over four decades of experience in project management, HR, financial skills, and leadership training.

Abdul Jalil Md Taib holds an MBA and a Bachelor's in Economics. With over three decades at Esso Malaysia and Petronas, he served in senior HR roles, including General Manager of HR Planning. He specializes in strategic HR management and has been a trainer and speaker at international conferences.

Vasudev is an experienced coach, consultant and a soft skill trainer today in Malaysia with 27 years of experience. He has an MBA in HR Training & Development and a PSMB approved trainer who is fully qualified and experienced in facilitating people of any category. He is fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English. Vasu dev has conducted workshops/training for more than 50 large organizations in Malaysia.

Shamini Hari Dass has been involved in the education and training field for more than 11 years.
She graduated with Honors from the University of London and since then had the opportunity of
working with several national and international organisations.
Shamini is a certified PSMB/HRDF trainer and a certified Soft skills and Master Sales Trainer.

Roshini has spent the last 20 years in the field of education. Having experienced working as an in-house as well as consultant trainer with major MNC’s and GLC’s, Roshini is able to see both sides of the pendulum in the training arena. This enables her to train and coach individuals and teams across industries in areas such as personal development and leadership.

Kumar obtained his Law degree from the University of London in 1991 and went on to do his Masters in Law in 1995 at University Malaya. Although he enjoyed lecturing in law which he started in 1991 at numerous private colleges, his true passion always has been in Human Potential and Development. Hence he launched himself into the realm of training and development in the year 2001 and he never looked back since.
