Quantum Leap Consultancy PLT is an HRD Corp Licensed company and it’s in the business of training, consultancy and coaching. It started as just Quantum Leap Consultancy in 2007 by Mr. Vasudev who is himself a trainer, consultant and a coach. Then it was changed to Quantum Leap Consultancy PLT for HRDF license approval purposes. It is conveniently called as QLC by almost by all the customers.

 

Besides providing a variety of soft/hard skill training QLC is the only company in the country that is conducting Collaborative Intelligence (CQ) training, which consist a Team Chemistry Rewiring Process. It's really a game changer in taking team performance and people management to the next level. This process is marking itself as the core training need that is required in all organization based on the paradigm shift that setting a positive working chemistry not only evaporates off many human issues automatically at work but makes manifestation of positive behavior a common sense. QLC is leading this new training approach in Malaysia. This psychological rewiring process aligns and unleashes greater connection among team members who are working together and the result is experienced instantly. QLC commenced its Corporate Coaching sessions in the year 2014. It is also called as Performance Coaching. It is conducted for the CEQ/MD, top management team, sales and marketing team. It is weekly or bimonthly 2 hour session conducted for minimum of 6 months. The purpose of this intervention is to provide continuous support to relevant people in organizations and create the momentum of achievements that eventually turns around results, often more than what is affected.
